We’re actively seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to become an integral part of our team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will spearhead the generation of high-quality leads, collaborating closely with our dynamic marketing team, project managers, and leadership. Your role involves implementing strategic lead-generation initiatives and leveraging your expertise to identify and connect with potential clients. You should possess a solid understanding of lead generation principles, be adaptable to new methodologies, and demonstrate a keen intuition for effective outreach strategies. 

What You Will Do

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
  • Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to meet sales goals.
  • To generate quality leads, utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective lead-nurturing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of lead generation activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance lead generation efforts.


  • A successful Lead Generation Specialist should have a track record of effectively generating leads in a B2B or B2C environment. Demonstrated experience in utilizing various lead generation channels and strategies is essential.
  • The candidate should be well-versed in using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms to streamline lead generation processes, nurture leads, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Developing and implementing strategic lead generation plans aligned with the overall business objectives is crucial. The Lead Generation Specialist should be capable of identifying target audiences, crafting compelling messages, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns. The candidate should be able to interpret data, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to improve lead generation outcomes.

Educational Qualification
