Business Analyst

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Junior-Mid level Business Analyst to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting business requirements and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, stakeholders, and the development team. Your responsibility will be to bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives, contributing to the seamless alignment of strategies and execution. Demonstrating a solid grasp of business analysis principles, your role involves extracting valuable insights, adapting to changes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. 

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements for projects.
  • Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a common understanding of project goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Apply and adapt project management methodologies to guide projects from conception to implementation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a strong analytical skill set with the ability to evaluate data from various digital marketing channels, platforms, and campaigns. Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools and interpreting data to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, trends, and technologies. Stay abreast of industry changes and emerging digital marketing strategies to provide informed recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner is crucial for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting findings to stakeholders, and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, including marketing teams, to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable plans. Ability to identify and prioritize requirements based on business impact.
  • Familiarity with data modelling techniques and tools to create effective visualizations and reports. Develop and maintain data models that align with business objectives, ensuring accurate representation of key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion. Coordinate with various teams, set realistic timelines, and ensure that business analysis tasks align with project goals and deadlines.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the digital marketing landscape. Proactively identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes and strategies within the agency.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
